These rules apply to ratings, photos, communications, bookings and other public features of Fitme.
respect
Abuse, hate speech, discrimination, threats, harassment, or posting of another user's personal information is prohibited.
Real experience
The evaluation should describe the real experience. False ratings, intentional injury to a competitor, and misleading ratings for compensation are prohibited.
Safe content
Upload only your own or copyrighted photos and text. Don't post illegal, violent, intimate, dangerous or promotional spam content.
Booking responsibility
Book only the times you plan to use. When changing, cancel on time and follow the object's security, age and cancellation conditions.
Health
Choose the load according to your capabilities. In case of pain, injury or health risk, stop the activity and consult a qualified specialist.
fair use
Accessing someone else's account, fraud, bypassing security, automatic data collection and interfering with the operation of the platform are prohibited.
Moderation
How we respond to a breach
Fitme may restrict or remove content that violates the rules, revoke access to a feature, or suspend an account. When making a decision, we take into account the severity of the violation, repetition, security risk and applicable law.
